Versatile Daylight Photo Loft · Modular Sets & Movable Designer Props
Located at 833 W Chicago Ave, near Fulton Market and the West Loop, this hourly photography studio rental in Chicago is available for photo and video shoots, castings and content days.
Perfect for: portrait, fashion, boudoir, lifestyle and product photography, content creation, castings and small creative meetings.
The loft includes three ready-made sets you can shoot in minutes apart: a Minimalist Corner (neutral wall, vintage ladder, accent chair and mirror), an Urban-Jungle Vignette (hanging egg chair, live plants, exposed brick, skyline view) and a Glam Lounge Scene (tufted white chaise, vintage mantel, warm lighting). All furniture is lightweight or on sliders, so sets can be rearranged in minutes.
PParking▾
Free and metered street parking right in front of the building, plus a nearby lot if you need it. Street parking is free on Sundays.
LLighting▾
Soft natural daylight fills the loft, with curtains to dial it back for moody looks. Professional studio lighting is also available to rent on request.
SSound▾
A calm 4th-floor space with minimal outside noise — great for focused photo and video work, though the room isn’t fully soundproofed.
ASpace access▾
Reach the loft by elevator or stairs. Please note: shooting the exterior of the building isn’t permitted.
EElectrical▾
Wall outlets throughout the space make it easy to power lights, cameras and gear without extension cords.
HHost rules▾
Your booking includes setup and breakdown time, up to 8 people on site. Furniture can be rearranged — just return it to its spot, and please skip smoke machines, glitter and open flames.
